GHENT, WV (WOAY)- Due to the cold weather and snow fall that has been sweeping through our area, there are more opportunities for skiers to hit the slops before the season ends.

Winterplace Ski Resort announced on Friday that  they will keep daily skiing open until March 17th.

Winterplace also shared that if the weather continues, they may add more days to the season after March 17.  The resort is open daily from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  For updates on the slope conditions check out Winterplace Ski Resort Facebook Page or call 800-607-SNOW (7669).
