Concord hosted Wheeling Jesuit in a Saturday doubleheader. In the men’s game, Wheeling Jesuit jumped out to 20-6 start and held on to that lead en route to the 95-84 win.
As for the women, despite Wheeling Jesuit being one of the top teams in the Mountain East Conference, they were knotted up with Concord at halftime 28 all. But in the second half, Wheeling Jesuit built up a lead and held on in the 67-48 final.
