GREENBRIER COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – Three people are arrested for attempted burglary in Greenbrier County.
On Thursday, November 08, 2018, at approximately 12:26 pm, members of the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Office and the West Virginia State Police responded to a report of an attempted burglary in progress at a residence near Lewisburg, WV.
While officers were responding to the location they were advised that three individuals had been confronted and had departed the residence on foot. Deputy Brandon McCormick, with the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Office, located the individuals and subsequently received assistance from Corporal Charles Smith and Corporal Roger Baker, also with the Sheriff’s Office, and Corporal Jason Burdette with the West Virginia State Police.
Upon conclusion of the investigation, three individuals were arrested on multiple charges.
Johnny Ray Howard, Jr., age 37 of White Sulphur Springs, WV, was charged with attempted B & E, conspiracy to commit a felony and additional misdemeanor offenses.
Roy Dale Yoakem, age 46 of Clearwater, Florida, was charged with conspiracy to commit a felony, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and an additional misdemeanor offense.
Tabatha Reanea Hannigan, age 34 of White Sulphur Springs, WV, was charged with conspiracy to commit a felony and an additional misdemeanor offense.
All three individuals were incarcerated in the Southern Regional Jail in lieu of bond.
