Spice up Thanksgiving…with a Flamin’ Hot Cheeto turkey?

104

LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) — Need a little more spice in your life?

Reynolds, the company known for making tin foil, says you should try a more ‘spicy’ Thanksgiving turkey.

They posted a recipe for a ‘Flavor Blasted Turkey’ on their website, which calls for covering your turkey with ground up Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.

The second instruction calls for you to “place hot puffed cheese sticks in a food processor and process them until fully crushed.”

Then, you brush oil or butter on your turkey and coat it with the crushed up Cheetos.

Next, you put it in an oven bag and cook it until the bird reaches 165 degrees in several places.

If Flamin’ Hot Cheetos is too spicy for you, you can try a ‘ranch-flavored’ turkey, which uses Cool Ranch Doritos ground up in a food processor, using the same process, or an ‘onion-flavored’ turkey, which uses Funyuns.
