Rep. Evan Jenkins Honors Fallen Bluefield PD Officer Aaron Crook

WASHINGTON, D.C. (WOAY)- U.S. Representative Evan Jenkins (R-W.Va.) honored the life of fallen Bluefield Police Department Lieutenant Aaron Crook on the House floor Thursday during National Police Week.

“As our nation honors our police officers for their sacrifices, we give thanks to the life of Officer Crook, whom we sadly lost last May,” Rep. Jenkins said. “Our state and country lost a good man, and Officer Crook is missed each and every day. May he rest in peace.”

This week, the name of Aaron Crook and 359 other officers were added to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington.
