the new Collins Middle School will bring in new technology that will serve the
students.

The Fayette County Superintendent, Terry George, said this project is just the beginning of
Fayette County Schools.
“This is really the first step. We are constructing two new schools here. We are
going to do renovations on four other schools in the county and in phase three we
will build two more schools,” said Terry George.

Phase three of the Fayette County plan will include a new Pre-K through the 12th building located
at Meadowbridge and a Pre-K through the 5th located at Midland Trail.
