WEST VIRGINIA (WOAY) – A Mercer County delegate has introduced a bill that would bring back the death penalty for those convicted of first-degree murder.
Delegate Eric Porterfield of Mercer County introduced a bill that would provide the death penalty to those who are found guilty of first-degree murder. The sentence of death would be executed by lethal injection.
