Jasmine Blankenship Signs With Concord

New Richmond, WV (WOAY) – Wyoming East senior Jasmine Blankenship signed a letter of intent Friday to play basketball at Concord University.

The guard, who plans to major in physical therapy, has been a key part of the Lady Warriors’ teams over the last three years, including the state champion team of 2016. She was selected to the Class AA All-State First Team in 2017 and Second Team in 2018. Blankenship is quick to give thanks to those who have supported her over the years, saying that Concord’s proximity to Wyoming County played a role in her decision.

Wyoming East opens the new season November 30 against Nicholas County.
