Five Hunting Dogs Stolen From Lewisburg, Valued At 21,000 Thousand Dollars

LEWISBURG, WV (WOAY) – The Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Department needs your help in locating five stolen hunting dogs and possibly identifying the individual(s) involved in the theft of these dogs.

On Sunday, December 02, 2018, between 3:00 pm and 9:30 pm, an unknown individual or individuals went onto the property of a residence located on Old Powell Road, Lewisburg, Greenbrier County, West Virginia and removed five hunting dogs (valued at $21,000.00) from their chains which were attached to their dog houses. The individual(s) then removed these animals from the property. This incident occurred while the homeowner was away from the residence.
