WOAY – With many contributors returning from last year, Westside boys basketball is beginning 2017-18 with high expectations.
The Renegades have put together quality performances in the first games of the season, including a rivalry road win at Wyoming East on Saturday.
The team has benefited from a balanced scoring attack from both the starting lineup and those who contribute off the bench. That proved key in an early-season win against Mingo Central, in addition to their current four-game win streak.
Westside was scheduled to visit Chapmanville Tuesday, but that game was moved to later in the month. They will host Oak Hill Friday night in our Game of the Week.
