Another Water Main Break In Oak Hill Reported

West Virginia American Water is experiencing a large number of water main breaks across its service are due to extreme weather conditions. Below is a list of current main break alerts in our system for our Southern Operating Area, which includes our water systems in Fayette, Mercer, Summers and Raleigh counties. 01/11/2018   01:01 PM   Oak Hill  *MAINBREAK   There is a water main break along Jones Ave and Main Street in Oak Hill. It is estimated that repairs will be completed by approximately 7 pm. Customers in the area may experience low pressure, no water, discolored and or cloudy water while repairs are being made. We apologize for any inconvenience.

01/11/2018   09:28 AM  Town Of Bluefield  *MAINBREAK   There is a main break along Woodrow and Lyndale Streets and surrounding areas in Bluefield. It is estimated that repairs will be completed by approximately 2 pm. Customers in the area may experience low pressure, no water, discolored and or cloudy water while repairs are being made. We apologize for any inconvenience.

It is estimated that repairs will be completed by approximately 2pm. Customers in the area may experience low pressure, no water, discolored and or cloudy water while repairs are being made. We apologize for any inconvenience.
