BECKLEY, WV (WOAY) – The Census has chosen parts of southern West Virginia to do a test in 2018 in preparation for the general 2020 Census.
The test will also create temporary, 40-hour per week jobs, according to the Register-Herald.
It’s designed to help the Census Bureau figure out how best to conduct the 2020 Census — whether through internet, telephone, traditional paper questionnaires or in-person visits.
If you’re interested you can apply by contacting 1-888-480-1639 or by emailing email@example.com.
An office will be opened in Beckley to manage the test.
