2018 WV Amateur – First Round

White Sulphur Springs, WV (WOAY) – The 99th West Virginia Amateur Championship began Monday on the Meadows Course at the Greenbrier Resort.

114 golfers are taking part in the first two rounds, with the second round to be contested Tuesday on the Old White TPC. Hurricane’s Pat Carter, a 13-time Amateur champion, is the first-round leader at -3 after an opening-round of 67, the only golfer to shoot under par.
