Beckley, WV (WOAY) – A day after beating top-ranked Capital, Woodrow Wilson boys basketball was back in action to host Parkersburg.

It was the Big Reds who started the game on a 7-2 run, and although the Flying Eagles would tie the game at 7-7, the visitors led 17-13 after one quarter. The hosts began the second period with five points from Bryce Radford to go in front, and would lead at halftime before going on to win 77-62.

The win means Beckley next plays on Saturday, as they’ll face Huntington in the third-place game at the MSAC Night of Champions.
